Repairs
Most repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us detailing the problem. All repairs will be carefully analyzed and fixed if possible. Note that some repairs or upgrades may incur charges.
Directive cannot be held liable for normal wear and tear or abuse. Validity of product condition/repair will be made at our discretion.
Returns/Exchanges
If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your Directive purchase, please see below for our return policies.
We accept returns under the following guidelines:
- Product must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to initiate a return please email us to request a return authorization. Once received, simple repackage the item and ship it back to us.
- Some products may be non-returnable and will be stated as such in its product description.
-All Closeout items are final sale.

Shipping
All Continental US orders are shipped USPS Priority Shipping which includes tracking. International orders will be shipped USPS First Class shipping and can include some tracking to the extent of USPS availability. Directive is not responsible for orders lost in transit but we will work with you to contact the USPS to locate the order.
Local Pickup is available in Milwaukee, WI. We will contact you when your item is ready for pickup and can make arrangements for quick and easy pickup at our studio located in the 53204 zip code.
Shipping Materials
All tissue used to pack your Directive order is recycled and we hope you will use it again. We typically use USPS branded boxes as they are recycled and can also be used again. We are working towards affordable AND recycled or compostable packaging slowly. Thanks for helping us.
