- Made to Order purchases will be completed within the timeframe noted in item information or as noted at the top of the website. Normal turnaround for Made to Order items is between 3-5 weeks, based on demand. I appreciate your patience as these items are fully handcrafted for you.

Directive is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. Please contact your local postal service or customs office for further information. We are obligated by law to declare the true value of goods, international buyers are responsible for all customs fees.
- Directive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Insurance and Signature Tracking can be added at buyer's request.
- All Directive items, unless noted, are fully handcrafted from raw materials and therefore may have unique attributes that can only be associated with handmade and natural materials. However, we do offer repair services for zippers, rivets, busted seams as well as panel replacements (like when your dog eats your bag). Please contact us to discuss repairs.
